Yes, free of charge at our warehouse in Leek (Vossenkamp 7-J). You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours and we will arrange a collection appointment.

PostNL will attempt delivery again the next day. After that the parcel goes to a PostNL point, where you have two weeks to collect it.

You have 14 days to change your mind, starting the day after you have received all items. You do not have to give a reason.

Register your return by email, put the items in a box with your name, address and order number, and send the parcel via a PostNL point.
