Would you like to return an item? No problem at all. You have 14 days to change your mind, without giving a reason.

How to return

Register your returnLet us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to return — by email or with the European model withdrawal form (not mandatory).

Pack it upPut the items in a box, in their original packaging as much as possible. Include your name, address and order number — without those we cannot process the parcel.

Take it to PostNLSend the parcel to our return address via a PostNL location. Keep the proof of postage safe. Returns are at your own expense.

Your money backWe refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the parcel or you have shown proof of postage.
